Customer Service Representative

Overview: This position will play an essential role in guiding our customers to the correct internal person as well as answering any technical questions they may have over our websites and software. In preparation, we are searching for a self-starter with excellent people skills who is solution-driven.

Software Knowledge: Must be tech savvy and able to understand a new website and software quickly, and have prior experience selling a service. Experience with Infusionsoft a plus, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) familiar with Mac and PC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations of our new software to qualified prospects/ clients
  • Track all sales activity, communication and opportunities in Infusionsoft
  • Proven ability to communicate product strengths/benefits with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Identify prospects and contact the decision makers in targeted companies
  • Qualify the needs of the prospect to determine if our products provide a solution
  • Work with management and support staff to respond to proposal opportunities
  • Schedule and present business proposal and pricing information; revise as necessary
  • Work with marketing to close new leads and provide customer feedback
  • Secure opportunities for repeat purchase of our products and services with current client base
  • Conduct all sales activities in a manner that protects the company and its core values

Software Sales Representative

Bookkeeper/Human Resources

Overview: This position will play a key role in our company by managing all bookkeeping and HR efforts. Responsibilities may also include providing additional office management support. Must be able to calculate figures and amounts for all bookkeeping, payroll, billing and budget management.

Software Knowledge: QuickBooks Online 2016, advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ADP EZ-Labor. Proficient in Mac and PC.

Job Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable/ Receivables:

  • Verify accuracy and approval of invoices and process payments based on due dates.
  • Verify approvals on credit card purchases and track/categorize them to the proper accounts, and tie-out the receipts to the account detail.
  • File vendor, contractor, and employee payables in the appropriate folders.
  • Process employee reimbursements, as applicable.

Manage Credit Cards and Deposits:

  • Process credit card payments from clients, record check details and deposits with the bank.
  • Experience with managing recurring membership accounts.

Manage Payroll and Human Resources:

  • Process new hire paperwork and employee setup in ADP.
  • Utilize ADP to process payroll on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Collect and process new hire documents including tax and health insurance documents.
  • Track PTO hours to ensure consistent accuracy.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting requirements affecting HR functions.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies.

Required Skills

  • Tech savvy with previous accounting experience in the service industry.
  • Experience with service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Excellent and proactive communication is a must.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years’ accounting experience.
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.

Business Coach

Overview: This position will play a pivotal, hands-on role in working directly with our coaching clients to ensure they are achieving the highest possible results. In preparation, we are searching for a self-starter with excellent people skills who is solution-driven. Some travel required.
