Proved Us Wrong Again

“It happened again. Every time we try to prove you wrong we wind up selling something for far more than we ever thought was possible.

Our mindset was like most others in the HVAC and plumbing business in that customers are very price conscious and only respond to lower prices. I recently had a homeowner give us a job to “bid” with specs they had already pre-selected off the internet.

We did what you said and created 5 other options with one option being as high as $177,777.00

The bottom line is that this buyer initially chose our $87,773 option. This was $26,000 more than the system they specified! After a few days of recovering from this buzz, the buyer called me back to upgrade AGAIN! Thanks Joe.”
